********** transaction

I received a call from Vodacom a week ago claiming that they would like to put my contract on a cheaper rate. They requested to send new SIM cards which would then result in lower rates, they assured me that my number would stay the same. I agreed to this as they indicated a monthly saving of 300 on my account. I received the sim cards last week and when I contacted Vodacom regarding the set up they then told me that the saving story was a **** but surprisingly I'm actually being ****med by people working under Vodacom. Once again I was assured that the lines would be cancelled as I had also received 3sim cards which I never requested. Vodacom also confirmed that no funds would be withdrawn from my account. Clearly Vodacom has employed a bunch of ***** and *****s. Today my account has been deducted with 600 an amount I don't think they can justify. Dear Vodacom, the only contract I have with you is one contract that is deducted at our signed and agreed month end rate. I don't know how you fix this but I want my money ASAP.
