********** TRANSACTION

A transaction was raised on an account at Vodacom Vodaworld in JHB in May 2013 for a mygig 2.5 which apparently included a Laptop. I have no knowledge of this transaction and live and was in East London at that time. I have requested Vodacom to provide me with proof and evidence that this was a legal transaction. They then tell me to send them copies of my ID and an affidavit. They must clearly be insane! They already have a transaction which is ********** and cannot provide me with FICA documents and now they ask me for them. They consistently and vehemently refuse to send me the documents to enable me to take action and provide to my accountants and attorney. I was called and threatened with the credit bureau if I did not remove the stop payment for which they now owe me a large amount for the year that it went off. They placed me on the credit bureau without following any due or legal process to prove their claim and I did not have the opportunity to defend this in a court of law. I believe that I am being *********ED and there is wholesale ******ION here as they insistently refuse to provide me with documentation.
