********** subscription services

I can't find a complaints email address on Vodacom's website, so I am posting here. I am **********ly being charged for subscription services I never signed up for. I read other people's reviews and apparently this is a Vodacom tactic? I would like a full refund. Should I not get an adequate response, I will take this up with the appropriate consumer body.
