********** SIM swop

Two months ago I had a ********** sim swop done on my mobile phone. This allowed ********** to use my one time pin and after hacking my bank account cleaned me out. My sim had been flagged from a previous attempt a year before - BUT Vodacom allowed this ********** action to take place. The name and address given were false and the address not a proper address . but still this went through their system.According to several stores THIS ACTION WAS DONE IN STORE - not one but at least twice on the same day. It took Vodacom 2 months to do their investigation ( I called and mailed them dozens of times with almost No response) and they came u with this ridiculous response..They saw their was a ********** action BUT one of their consultants had their system hacked and as a result VODACOM are NOT LIABLE for the ********** SIM swop. IF and I repeat IF what they claim is true . it is THEIR system that got hacked and I WAS COMPROMISED - how can they shirk responsibility. and I must add NEDBANK had a very similar attitude - I was hacked ( and f course so was THEIR system .and they took NO responsibility. These giant corporations are not interested in the very people that support them ( vodacom client for 24 yrs and Nedbank for 39 yrs!)

Reviewer Update
Vodacom DID contact me via SMS to supply my personal details and they were subsequently sent to the incorrect department ( which was the department given by Vodacom) and my personal details and documents were with the wrong department and despite my numerous complaints and demands about this - NOTHING WAS done
