My husband acc was hacked, yesterday late afternoon. Someone made a sim swap and did advanced aitime for 400Now I need to know how was rmtge security questions passed. Now we had block the business account which we need to use. I need clarity on this and who the hell is supposed to pay this 400. He has been calling your call center with no help

I want the call recording when my husband call the call different in times should not be an issue. I aslo need that social media personal who called him the call recoding. Lassrly who will pay that aitime advance that was done **********ly when the sim swap was done
