********** SIM SWAP

In June 2016 my sim card was **********ly swopped by a Vodacom employee, in order to gain access to my bank account. As a result a large amount of money was withdrawn from my bank account. This case was reported to Paul MacPherson, the head of the Vodacom ***** department. I was given a case number and told that they would investigate and come back to me. After numerous follow-up e-mails, to date neither Paul MacPherson or Cassandra have given me any feedback. Vodacom admitted that ***** was committed, but their silence is deafening.
