On 10th December I got a notification on a data sim that a sim swap was being attempted. I contacted call centre IMMEDIATELY and was told numerous attempts had been made. Told them wasn't me and wasn't real. Then spent an hour \flagging"my 4 contracts/accounts I have to safeguard against sim swap. Also put a flag that any change requested be confirmed by phone call on my main number. Thought all was good until today"
