********** Sale and Lying
I purchased a Laptop telephonically with a Vodacom sales consultant. After she explained everything I asked her to call me back after 30 minutes in order for to explain the specifications I needed and the type I specifically required. Indeed she called me after 30 minutes and I read out the features and specifications I required. I asked her 3 to 4 times if what she was offering was what I had read out to her and she confidently said yes. A couple of days later I received the Laptop only to see on the box that it clearly wasn't what I ordered as per our telephonic conversation. PROBLEM NUMBER ONE.
I didn't waste time I immediately contacted Vodacom to collect their Laptop as it was not what I ordered. I then called 135 and was transferred to the cancellation department where a guy assured me that the order was cancelled and he proceeded to transfer me to collection where I spoke to a lady who also assured me that she has send a courier to come collect. A couple of days later when no one showed up I called again. I explained the situation from scratch and was further assured that collection will happen in 5-7 days. when the 7 days passed and no once showed up I again called Vodacom where a lady told me no call was logged and there was no sign that I cancelled or that a courier was send out for collection. she also assure me that she has logged the call and a courier will come. I again am with laptop I DO NOT WANT as it was not what we agreed on with the consultant and Vodacom ****** of Consultants are not logging a call to come collect their Laptop instead they sent me an invoice.
This is the second time Vodacom is doing this to me. Vodacom has hired a bunch of ****** but I will NOT take this lying down. If this method does not work then I will be forced to contact Lawyers to force them to take their Laptop back.
