********** prepaid to contract conversion
<p>My number was on prepaid later on the day I couldn't make calls,only to find out somebody opened a contract in somebody else's name,I thought numbers were recycled if they were deleted,they logged a call which I cannot follow up on because I am not the account holder,its very frustrating as I am being told different information when I call,I want my number back that's all,No team leader can assist</p>
