Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to continue with my contract. I made an arrangement to pay R300 a month as this is the only amount that I can currently afford. I have been paying this amount for the last 2 years without any hassle. The Outstanding balance on my last statement that I received was R24 675.55. Then I receive an email stating that you are offering me a discount on the arrears and that I must call you to find out what it is. When I called in I was informed that now all the sudden I owe R40 045. Please explain how you can expect me to be paying something that is not in writing nor on the monthly statement? People should think twice before doing any business with Vodacom. You are doing undesirable business practices and trying to deceive people? Now I'm being threatened with legal action? Please advise how you can take legal action against me if I have been making payments monthly as agreed? You are a joke!!!!
