********** phone contract

I discovered that a contract was **********ly opened in my name. The call center advised me to complete an affidavit at the police station and submit it to ********** was done on the 6th of September 2017.I then emailed them a further 6 times to follow up.This ********** phone line is still being billed to me and the amounts charged in August/September/October have not been reversed.A lady did call me,sometime in September and again in October to tell me they still investigating which store opened this contract, which I found strange as the Vodacom store that I visited initially told me that the account was opened in KZN somewhere and even gave me the store ID.I am concerned that my legitimate phone contracts could get blocked/lines cut as it looks like my account is in arrears due to this ********** bill on my name.

Dear Vodacom Another week has passed, another week without anything being actually done. They have cut my phone lines now,so that's not exactly true. Plus your ***** centre or forensics centre has no phone line that is advertised,so I cannot get to speak to anybody about this.I just send mail after mail. Plus your stores cannot help at all. I will be porting as soon as i can. thank you for nothing, and for proving that you are unworthy of my business.
