********** NUMBERS ON MY ACCOUNT
To my surprise i noticed that Vodacom billed me R927 when they usually bill me R186 for a data contract.When I enquired with them they advised that a contact opened online (for 2 phones) has been linked to my data contract.I NEVER AUTHORISED OR APP**** FOR THIS!!!How was it done??? Vodacom clearly does not protect my information as per POPI (Protection of Personal information act).I want this ********** contract stopped immeadiately and all monies taken refunded.I also want my data contract stopped.
