********** Number hacked on Cell phone account

I have been receiving my Vodacom statements sporadically over the past year. I must have received three statements in total this year.

My cell phone amount every month is debited from my bank account. So I was shocked when I received a bill of R2500 end of August. After phoning Vodacom I realised that a ********** number has been hacked onto my account since January.

I immediately went to the police station to get an Affidavit along with all the necessary documentation and emailed it to Vodacom.

It's now almost end of October. My account has been debited again. Nothing has been done about it.

Having phoned several times 20min /30min phone calls explaining the story yet once again to a NEW customer care person, I have received different answers every time. No one has bothered to contact me to explain the process, how this might have happened or even apologised.

A loyal customer for almost 18 years.

This is how we are treated. Down right theft and in the mean time I am bound to my contract and can do nothing about it.

I am so frustrated.
