I had a contract with Vodacom last year then I cancelled it, the consultants that I spoke to said they'll send a courier driver to come and collect the device. Later they sent statements as if the contract was not cancelled, when I called to find out they said they never received my device it was ********** collection but they will conduct an investigation. Now instead of receiving the investigation report I'm receiving letters that if I don't pay for that device I will be blacklisted.
