********** Debit order - You owe me money, yet still put a debit order through even though I told you you are not authorised

Xolile/Xoliwe, the mindless drone. My husband told you you do not have authorisation to put in a debit order, and that vodacom owes me money, yet you ignored it, and still put a debit order through.

Background (a voda reference is QC279066/2)
I had a Vodacom contract since about 2003 and was a very loyal customer of Vodacom. Because I closed my business I decided to cut down on my expenses and go from contract to prepaid. In February 2016 I phoned to make this change and spoke to Joslin. She however did not change it but delete my number. So, for the whole of March I could not phone anybody, nobody could phone me, I could not use my bank accounts if I wanted to do online shopping because my ….number was send to my cell phone number which was now deleted. I went to the local Vodacom shop and they told me that they could not help me because I was on 3D/G and their systems could not pick up on my number. After a few phone calls and emails send to Moos King he said that I have to do a sim swap which I did but it still did not work.

At the end of March a payment went off without me having any service. At the end of April no payment went off but my phone was still off. My husband went and bought another sim card and phoned Vodacom to do a sim swap. Then, the phone worked again but on prepaid as I wanted. At the end of May another payment went off, then again in June. I went back to the Vodacom shop because I could net get any help from the call centre. Ntabi at the Vodacom shop then put me through to somebody from the call centre and she admitted that Vodacom made a mistake and that the debit order will be cancelled and I will be refunded. At the end of July no payment went off but I still was not refunded. Suddenly in September I received a call that I am behind on my payments and that I am going to be handed over to the attorneys. My husband spoke to Xolile and explained to him that we have asked for the debit order to be cancelled because I am on prepaid. The next thing I saw they re-instated the debit order and 3 payments went off at once.

I went back to the Vodacom shop and Ntabi then phoned them again. She then said that she could see my cellphone number is on prepaid but my ID number is still on contract (if that make sense). She really tried to help me and again my debit order was cancelled again but no refunds was paid back. The ref number then was S3G8T2QQLFLT. When I went back to her she said that the call centre said that it is out of her hands now I must phone them for further assistance which I did. I then spoke to Lerato who told me that they are waiting for my statements before paying me back. (which nobody to me before) I then send it in twice to ********** with no response up to date. The ref number was QC279066/2. Afterwards I spoke to Porcha and Sindiliwe who all said they could see that I had a credit. One of them told me that I had to phone legal and afterwards come back to them. I could however not get through to legal because nobody answered the phone. ( I tried twice – different days) Phoned again and spoke to Siphoxolo whom then told me that I don’t need to speak to legal and that I am pre-handed over but that he will log a complain again and phone me back. I haven’t received any phone calls yet.

I really desperately need that money to be paid back into my account A.S.A.P. Vodacom made the mistake in the first place, why do I need to go through all this trouble to get my money back.

you responded 10 days ago, so it looks "nice" on hellopeter, even thouigh no-one contacted me?

how long should I wait that a "consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query."

the whole saga has been dragging on for 9 months. I dont think the consultant who should come back to me in due course, hasnt been responding to any of my queries the last 9 months.
