********** debit order taken by Vodacom

No assistance from Vodacom at all, Phoned the help line to query a debit order done by Vodacom on my acount for R754 on a different day and amount that was agreed for. Then a couple of days later the actual amount gets deducted, this is ok and all but now I am short R754 for my other payments to be done....! We were then told that it has been picked up by Vodacom and that the number relating to the debit order has been stopped due to *****, not a number that is relevent to our contracts. And that we will need to contact via email the ***** disputes department as they are not equiped to assist. Firstly why does Vodacom not inform us as soon as they realized a mistake has been made and that they will sort it out? Secondly we have emailed the ***** disputes with no reply or call from any one what so ever! I am at a point to cancel all our contracts that exists by Vodacom, 4 x contracts in fact will be canceled when the time comes.

From what I can see Vodacom is going back wards with their systems, incorect billing, double data charges.... and with service like this who would want to stay!
