********** Debit Order

I had a ********** debit order from Vodacom from Vodacom in 2020. I reported the incident and I had a run around for a full October month and I decided to let it go, until recently when I’ve been receiving email threatening to blacklist me for non payment. I browsed online for SIM cards (I was browsing for prepaid) but I received a call (around the 28th September 2020) from one of the consultants selling a contract SIM and I agreed to the service and advised the consultant to debit on the 25th of October 2020, I then received the confirmation call a day later from the verification department stating that I will be debited 3days later after receiving the sim and I told them to cancel and call me back on the 25th of October to re-do the application but the verification helped the main consultant in conducting this ********** sale and processed my application. 2 days later I get a call from the courier company telling me that they are outside delivering my package and I then told the driver to return the SIM card back to Vodacom, but I was still debited regardless of my cancellations- R400. I called to report the ********** sale ( 06th, 08th, 14th, 27th 28th October )but I still did not get anywhere Instead I’m receiving emails stating that I am going to be blacklisted. The number I used to call is - *** I spoke to Millicent and shazree (Supervisor/ Manager)they were nice ladies and tried to assist but I don’t think they got anywhere because I was told that Vodacom refunded my sim “the same sim I sent back”.
