********** data service and poor customer relations

I lodged a hello peter complaint regarding my data which Vodacom is *****ing from me, month after month, putting me under duress to purchase more data. Furthermore they take forever to respond and their customer service staff are *********** and have no clue as to what is really going on, they all provide different stories regarding my data issues. Worst experience ever and STILL not resolved after many months of querying.
