********** contracts and making the customer do the work
A contract was taken out in my name by ********** in Bloemfontein at the Waterfront iStore as per the call centre and my account debited. Now Vodacom expects the customer to defend themselves and prove that it was not me when they as Vodacom and iStore did not even do the proper checks to activate this contract. You can do your own investigation and only if you are confident it was me that took out this account do you need to involve the customer. Make sure you do not debit this account or make this issue escalate by involving me as the customer. Since when must the customer investigate your *****?
