********** CONTRACT WITH NO RESOLUTION - A/C I***-4
Good day
On the 15th November 2017 I have received an invoice from Vodacom for a cellular contract. I immediately reported the incident to them informing them that I did not take out this cellular contract and that this is a ********** contract taken out on my name. I was given a reference number 1- ********** ********** and was advised that it was under investigation. On the 16th November they requested that I submit my ID, Address, Affidavit etc. I had to take time off work to get all these documents certified. On the 27th November I had submitted all the requested documents. The same day I received confirmation from them that it has been received in good order and it was going to be sent to the ***** department for investigation. I was given a new reference number EC-0C53-2VZFUS I ********** -4 . No action was taken and I was debited on the 28th November for R909.10. I have been send them numerous emails to have it resolved however the entire month of December went by and I was again debited again 28th December 2017 for R789.01. I have now sent them 17 reminders and still nothing positive has come from them. All i get from them is a standard reply that its under investigation and I need to email their ***** department directly. The ***** department never ever responds or confirms receipt of your query. If its not resolved as soon as possible and I do get debited again in January for this ***** contract which was done by a Vodacom consultant then I will have no option but to go legal and sue Vodacom for taking out a ********** contract on my name and ******* debiting of my account for monies not owed to them. Thanks Rodney Pillay
