End of December 2018 my mother's debit order went up from R113 to an amount above R300, there was no money in the account it returned unpaid She Went to pay R113 at Standard bank called vodacom they said she upgraded which she didn't they then said she should call a number and she did and lodged the query After few days they sent an sms saying query closed , we believed everything was sorted at this stage End of January her line closed , she reversed the R300 debit order and then paid the R113 again She went to vodacom shop at cradle stone they said they will call customer care , and customer care will call her back but they never did February she paid R113 again while her line is still off She Got a call from vodacom and she was told she owe them she explained the story ,then went to voda shop at President hyper they said she should make an affidavit and letter then sign paperwork 5 times on the 6th of March she took paperwork to the shop. On the 8th of March we went back for feedback only to find that nothing had been done and it was a diffrent person working there .The lady we found there then scanned them and sent them through and told her , she will get a reference to help clear everything. She got a reference ( EC-IRIP-3QDVCN) the next day. She called vodacom and gave them the reference this runaround went on for months Last month she got a call from accounts and they told her she owed them , she told her aswell what's going she then said she will send my mother a link so she can log into her profile ,because nothing of this nature is showing on the system till today she still hasn't received it From January she hasn't been able to make calls with this number but they continued to debit her account Today we try calling the vodacom number and my number is suspended" The number doesn't exists" , shes not getting calls because of Vodacom and their unprofessionalism , she's really had it with Vodacom and their horrible service
