********** contract taken out on my name at Vodacom

Last year I was debited on my FNB account by Vodacom. I returned the debit order as I have never had a contract or done any business with Vodacom. I started receiving calls about the amount I supposed to owe to them. The asked me to send an affidavit to them with 3 specimen signatures and certified ID to Vodacom *****. I went to the police station and did what they asked. I then sent it to ***** division. I received an e mail that they will contact me within 2 weeks. No response after months of doing that. We resent it again a week ago. My wife and I have had numerous calls where we request to see the invoice or where I signed for the contract. I have been handed over to collection agency. They call us often and the more we ask for proof of the account - which I supposedly took out with them - the more they ask for payment which is now R39 000. We cannot get any joy from Vodacom or collection agency and the calls are now at a point of us being harassed to such a point that we both are fearful of calls coming through to us. Reason is that they are NOT being helpful but just demanding. I need someone from Vodacom to recitify this situation as months has passed and we have done what was asked from us to do. Vodacom - STOP harassing us and get your ***** department investigate and see who opened that contract. The audacity of debiting my bank account without my signature or approval. If no response we will have to get a lawyer.
