********** CONTRACT PHONE UPGRADE

On the 01/08/2015 I was informed by my local Vodashop that I have upgraded my contract which will expire in May 2017. I was informed that an Iphone 6 has been dispatched on my dormant contract number.<br> <br> I NEVER requested a cellphone upgrade and I NEVER requested an IPHONE6. I informed vodacom upgrades department of the ***** and faxed my police station affidavit together with ID copy to *** as requested on the 7/08/2015.<br> <br> I have now been informed that the query logged has been closed as no documents have been received,which is FALSE information.<br> <br> I have re-faxed the same documents with all my details together with the ref number:S3-0D220-0FWF.<br> <br> The debit order for this ********** phone has gone off.<br> <br> I need this matter resolved,my money which amounts over R2000 refunded and that contract cancelled.
