********** Contract on my Name!!!
About a month ago I have realised that an unknown debit order was going off on my bank account. After doing enquiry with the bank i was informed that is was from Vodacom. My local Vodacom shop informed me that it was for a contract on my name that was taken out in New Castle...First of all, I reside in Bloemfontein and selfdomly leave the Free state. I was told to get an affidavit to state that it wasn't me that took out the second contract in my name and than to send all the documents to the ***** department... After everything and numerous phone calls and emaisl to different departsment i havent received any feedback as yet, and after phoning the New Castle branch myself i was informed that there are no Documents or Paperwork for the contract that was taken on my Name....What does that mean, are the ***** inside Vodacom and are any contract customers info available for everyone to commit *****? Why must we do all the slep to just get a sim card with all the Rica documents but someone can open a new contract on someone else name and even agree to debit order with no Paper trail?? This story gets better,,,after a month nobody made an attempt to cancel the second contract, this morning I received a sms notification for R5700 from Vodacom....Luckily I didnt have that ammount in my bank account so the debit order was block, but now I have bank fees of R 100.00 because the debit order was not succesfull and also my own Vodacom number are in over due and are going to be suspended...How long before someone are going to sort out this mess caused by Vodacom??
