********** Contract - No help from Vodacom

I am desperate. I don't know what to do anymore. It is has been a year since I reported that a ********** contract was taken out in my name. I have sent all the requested documentation on numerous occasions (everytime I speak to someone they tell me the e-mail address I sent it to was the wrong one and I need to use a different one). So in total I have been given 5 different e-mail addresses and 2 different reference numbers and yet no one can give me any feedback. I went in to a Vodacom store and they told me that they cannot help me and I need to go through to the Call Centre. I spoke to the Call Centre on numerous occasions and got shuffled from department to department with no resolution. Then I managed to get through to the *****/Forensics department who told me David was handling my case and all documents were received and this issue would be sorted out. This was months ago and now I have been handed over for non-payment.

In desperation I put my rant on Facebook and someone responded requesting my story. And low and behold I was told that the e-mail I had sent with all my relevant documents was sent to the wrong e-mail address so they had been re-submitted. I guess that means that nothing had been done to date.

This was weeks ago and I have been phoning the Call Centre but nothing has been done. I managed to speak to a supervisor this morning and he has once again resent the documents to the legal / ***** / forensics department!!

When I ask for a copy of the signed contract with proof of residence and copy of ID book I get the run around.

I dont know what more to do. I reported this a year ago and from what I can understand it was never investigated and the account was never closed.

Get your act together Vodacom. You are the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I don't even have a contract with you.
