*****: I received a package that has a phone from vodacom. I initially refused to take the package, but i was persuaded otherwise by delivery guy. I opened the package and found a hauwei phone together with my current account number (existing contract). I immediately took the phone to vodaworld and i was told that they cannot take it since it was app**** for online (by someone within vodacom I suspect). Email was sent by someone from Vodacom requesting a pickup....nothing has happened and it’s been over a week now. I even requested your ***** department to investigate and so far nothing. Someone warned me that you are delaying because the contract will be activated after cool off period. What is worse, i dont even know the terms of the contract. Even if it’s 10 per month, i would not take a ********** contract. You must note that I already have a very expensive contract with you and i have been a very loyal customer for many years.
