I received a call from a Vodacom Contract Upgrade ***4. Someone impersonated me and tried to take a contract using my details. I told the Vodacom agent I did not request any upgrade and that ********** transaction must be stopped immediately. Kindly confirm if it was stopped as its really difficult to get through to Vodacom customer care for assistance
