********** contract

Three months ago someone hacked my Vodacom account after I upgraded my own contract. I immediately notified Vodacom when I saw 2 amounts going off from my account and the consultant told me that they will block the other account. Turns out that the other account came/was organised from a Vodacom call centre and that the person received an Apple I phone by means of using my ID nr never having to even SHOW his/her ID (I'm assuming coz it is MY ID nr) - the phone was delivered to them in Alberton. So Vodacom consultants said that they will keep me posted and their Risk and ***** Dept will see to it that everything is blocked and will no longer lose money. I will also be payed back moneys lost. Up until the 2nd of June - the 3rd debit order went off. I cannot believe it!! They never blocked the account - so far I lost a little more than R3600. I've always been a loyal Vodacom customer, but I've been pushed and shoved to different departments and so far NO results and nobody has payed me back what I lost! Out there is a person with my ID nr and Vodacom decided to use my bank account for the funds - why? Perhaps somebody on the inside or just poor admin? Why do you deliver phones to people in the 1st place without positive/physical ID's?? And PLEASE do tell me who is the other Le-anne... coz HERE I AM.
