<p>In June 2014, I made application through Elitemobile for a notebook. The device was delivered after a couple of weeks, only to find it was a wrong device. I immediately called the courier company & Elitemobile alerting them of the situation. The device & sim card were collected thereafter, and got an sms that the device will be collected & delivered to Elitemobile offices in Durban. I thought the matter was closed, until I recieved an annoying call from Vodacom's attorneys demanding payment. I told them what happened, then I called Vodacom to intervene in this matter. Till today, I'm struggling between the two companies and two attorneys to get this matter sorted. I went to police stations for affidavits, sent them to Vodacom, and now it turns they haven't recieved anything. I've been calling them for a number of times, and everytime I have to explain my story to someone else, who ends up cutting my call, because they don't want to deal with this. I need this matter sorted, as I'm now listed for something I don't have & never used. I'll appreciate any response, kind regards Kaizer.</p>
