<p>I was using Altech mobile as my service provide the one that was in greenstone shopping center,</p> <p>my contrated end with them and my account was fully paid up, They kept on calling me to renew my contract i refused and requested how do i go about cancelling ,they Altech mobile told to come in to the store or send a cancellation letter to the head office, I figured it will be easy if i go into the store send my email at the store and confirm with them that they've received it, few months later around march 2016 my girlfriend birthday was coming up and she need a new phone, so went into one of the Vodcom shop same mall , when the sales consultant check my profile they said i have up graded around febuary with nashua mobile in bergsfort , Ive never been to bergsfort, and new renewed any contract with any cellphone company i requested for a voice recording or any form of i have renewed my contract, still nothing please asssist as this is causing me some serious stress and affecting my work performance at work</p>
