********** charges for airG and p-squarem-games-01 under Vodacom Live

Noted deductions for Vodacom Live appearing on my monthly statement for a number of months. In the month of February 2018 an amount of R275.83; alerted my attention resulting in a shocking discovery. Services from airG Gold and p-squarem-games-c-01 were being charged to my statement under the line item: Vodacom Live. I never signed up for these "services" so they have been **********ly charged for months varying from R54 - R275 per month. Contacted Vodacom Customer Care today (25.02) who were quick to end these services with two followup SMS's being received stating:

"Your p-squarem-games-c-01 service will end on 2018-02-26" and "Your airG Gold service will end on 2018-02-26".

Customer beware of Vodacom Live charges being levied on your statement monthly; for services you never signed-up or opted-in for.

I will be visiting a Vodacom Shop to request a refund for these monthly deductions. Let's see whether Vodacom respects a long standing customer and reimburses these undue charges levies against my account.

Reviewer Update
Zero effort made by Vodacom to contact myself; aside from a system automated post on hellopeter.com to retain their "good" response status. A total of R955.08 was *******ly charged to my Vodacom Contract for a period of 14 months (Jan 2017 - Feb 2018). No refund received for these ******* charges, at time of this post. Strongly recommend customers to let their contracts run to their end date; mine ended on 20 October 2016 and I decided to avoid entering another 24 month Vodacom contract. Once your contract has expired you can give your service provider twenty business days notice and move on with a new service provider. Did Vodacom provide good service and ease of operating to myself as a customer for 20 years, most certainly. Unfortunately the lacklustre approach to rectifying ******* charges levied, has turned my attention to other service providers.
