********** Charges

Once again Vodacom I found myself being billed **********ly by you once again, after I logged a call and was promised that all this WASP and Vodafone live nonsense, I was given a ref # 1- ********** ********** by Vuyo and assurance by sms that these crazy charges were going to be investigated by the back office which on the 09.02.18 @ 14:13 I got a log SMS stating that these charges of 1170.90 were going to be credited back as a "gesture of goodwill" well Vodacom you are not doing me any favors, as mentioned I did not subscribe to WASP and all this nonsense. To show that your dealings are shady I got another sms stating that my weekly vodacom subscription had been renewed this after I had the confirmation sms`s that all subscriptions were stopped this I got on the 10 Feb @ 18:11 I then called again & was told that reason for this was because I had done a purchase pf either airtime or data which yes I did purchase data and was told that I should have been told by the agent that I needed to wait @ 3 days before purchasing. The deactivation was again actioned by Lufefe. Which am still not sure if its legit or. But now Vodacom how is that now my bill is again 1,072.88 for which includes the very same subscription I cancelled? Please do explain to me how you guys are cancelling these bogus charges and subscriptions and yet you charge them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
