********** charge to my vodacom account

Since July 2017, a deduction for the amount R174.56 has been charged to my vodacom account. The relevant number for the charge is ********** 4364 for a 5GB MBB 24 month – TopUp. I did not agree to this deduction and I am not aware of this cell phone number. The amount has been deducted every month since July 2017 and to date, has not been resolved. I emailed ********** with all the necessary documents and followed up numerous times, since Dec 2017/March 2018 and it has still not been resolved. My email address is ********** however I have been communicating with vodacom from my work email address as well which is ********** My phone is currently with vodacom for repairs however I am available on the number ********** 684.

Thank you for your response however this is the same repetitive response I received on all my numerous queries sent to vodacom *****isputes. I cannot understand why there is such a long delay to this matter. I received a call today 14/06/2018 from Vodaom *****isputes and again, no progress has been done on the matter and I am told that I will receive feedback in a weeks time which is long overdue. In addition to the complaint above, I handed my phone in to vodacom repairs at Cresta Mall a few weeks back and was notified that my insurance was cancelled and therefore the cost of the phone cannot be covered by insurance. I was told by vodacom customer care that my contract was cancelled 18 April 2018 and changed to prepaid, without my consent/knowledge. Due to the contract being cancelled, my insurance was automatically cancelled and the repair centre sent the phone back as they will not fix it. After contacting vodacom customer again, they indicated that corrected the contract however I should call insurance to update on their side which I cannot understand why I have to do the run around, when vodacom made the error. Insurance then indicated that they cannot assist as they need a request from the relevant department to update my insurance. Because the contract was cancelled, vodacom did not deduct the monthly installment from my account for April and May and thus my insurance was in arrears. The vodacom repair centre or vodacom store at Cresta Mall then requested that I pay the arrears balance of R45 for my insurance, which I paid and the phone was sent back to the repair centre at Cresta. Today, I called the repair centre to get the status of my phone and they indicated that the phone was returned again due to the insurance. I paid insurance every month for the duration of my contract which is almost 2 years and I paid the arrears balance of R45. Now, as a result, I still do not have my phone and I refuse to pay the repairs of my pocket as I paid insurance every month. How does vodacom cancel my contract without my consent/knowledge or add an additional fee to my account without my consent. How effective is vodacoms internal control process if instances like this occur?????? This is not the service I expect from vodacom.
