********** cellphone upgrade processed on my contract with Vodacom

My name is Dimakatso Hlangebi, I queried the suspected ********** cell phone contract upgrade which was done 28 June 2017 at Tygervalley Vodacom shop in Cape Town.

I reside in Johannesburg Soweto and received an sms notification regarding an upgrade on my profile with quote number: 1- ********** ********** generated, processed under quotation number: 1- ********** ********** and the order number was 1- ********** ********** .

I didn’t initiate the request and urgently requested the matter to be investigated as soon as possible. As of now the matter is still not resolved as i am still receiving sms's regarding the ********** contract. I have reported the matter and submitted the required documents to Vodacom on the 29 June 2017 as i notified them of this activity on the 28 June 2017.

This issue has been going on until today, everytime i receive this sms regarding the *****lent upgrade I call Vodacom Customer Care for an update and they cannot find the trails of my query. This is frustrating as I have to provide details over and over when I call them for an update; what is very disturbing is that they cant even find the query on their system or provide more clarity on the issue. It looks like the query is not even submitted to forensic for investigation, they do not provide any reference or update. Below is the last email update received from the Tygervalley CRM. I would really appreciate if this people can be brought to account for their wrong-doings as this affect our credit ratings.

"Good day

I have logged the ********** upgrade transaction with Vodacom ***** dept and will advise as soon as I get feedback.

Regards

Tremaine Boer

CRM Manager

Vodacom Shop Tygervalley Group

Tel: 021 ********** "

Please assist as i am not sure what to do from here to protect myself on this matter.
