********** Cellphone Cotracts in my name

Many ********** Cell Phone contracts have been opened in my name by Vodacom and nobody is helping me do anything about it. I have been sent from Pillar to post from May 2016 asking for help on how to close these accounts and as a result my credit record has been damaged almost beyond repair.

I have emails and correspondence sent dating back from May 2016 and reference numbers asking for assistance and i have just been spat on and been given SLA times that have expired months and weeks ago.

I now need someone serious to take this to the next level and my DEMANDS are:

1. All bank fees reimbursed as a result of reversed debit orders.

2. All Credit Bureaux Vodacom debt to be removed with immediate effect

3. Letter of explanation to how this happened.

I’m eagerly awaiting someone competent to call me to resolve this matter. I shouldn’t have to suffer on behalf of Vodacom's inability to vet cell contract applications. Vodacom’s vetting of cell phone contract application is extremely poor and as a result it is affecting many people’s lives negatively as we now have bad CREDIT to our names as a result and someone needs to do something about it.

Thank You

Reviewer Update

Six (6) days have since passed since i last posted this review. The level of urgency that Vodacom have after doing this to innocent people is negligent and disrespectful to say the least. Don’t count this ******* "Official business reply" as a response as it is generic and further shows disrespect to people who have been wronged to be attended to by an automated message.

I once again plead for someone to call me with regards to this matter.

Thank you
