I was called in the beginning of the year by a Tsonga lady regarding the amount of data I was buying on my prepaid, she explained they have deals they have 5 gb for R99 per month for a 12 month contract on the 1st of the month. After a explaining that I do not like contracts she kept calling and I finally gave in as I was spending a lot more on data per month and R99 for 5GB sounded like an excellent deal. I Agreed to 12 MONTHS OF 5GB CONTRACT. What I got was 24 months of 2GB at R109 per month. I told them I wants my debits on the 1st of each month and they could get that right either. I had to pay R138 returned bank charge for a R109 that I was told would be R99. Now I get a debit of R318 for the missed month they never submitted. I want to Cancel this and take my business. Vodacom is truly an atrocious network provider from the people who work there to and their deceit and billing system.
