********** Billing

1. I made call Vodacom accounts on 18.11.2019 to follow up on my accounts since soft lock from the 01 November 2019. 2. I learnt the following form this call which I was never made aware for the past months whilst I was calling to follow up on the over billing and soft locking: a. I was told that I have entered into a new contract on the 29 October 2019 ***) for R 3873.21 which I’m not aware of. b. A contract that has expired on 30 December 2019 ***) has not been cancelled even after numerous calls I made to Vodacom pleading for cancellations. c. A contract of a combined line has been billed R604,04 which the contract was initially R300. Still the agent was unable to explained. 3. The accounts department was unable to explain the account billing and/or give me reasons for where the contract for (a) was entered into and how (c) changed. I was promised that a supervisor will call but I’m still awaiting the call even now. 4. I also asked for ***** and forensic unit contact details which I was refused the contact details. 5. I have been calling the call center many times with no success. Tried their Twitter account with no success, emailed the cancellation department as well. 6. Its ********* to continually over bill my account for services I never sign up. And refusing to assist me in this regard. 7. Vodacom need to investigate the ********** accounts, correctly bill me as this is affecting my credit score.
