For 4 months now there is over R700 p/month deducted from my account for content services. R5 daily subscriptions that we have NEVER subscribed for. We are being told to sort it out with waspa but as a vodacom client for about 12 years vodacom deducted from my CONTRACT never the less vodacom cannot even give proof of any subscriptions. How can money just be deducted without proof or consulting the vodacom client. That is a bridge of contract and confidentiality between the client and the service provider. For two weeks now we have been struggling to get answers. They cannot provide any proof therefore my money has been ****** by VODACOM. I want my money refunded in full for all 4 months. Of no proof can be provided how can they trust a third party on an agreed contract between two parties without knowledge if that comp is **********? My money has been ****** I want it paid back. I will cancel my debit order. I will only pay monthly on what was agreed on and they can follow up with waspa for their money that I so apparently owe to them. Please help sort this out. This is bread money from honest working ppl just ******!!!!
