********** BILLING

My name is Lebogang Ndou and I have been receiving bills/ invoice accounts from vodacom since last year October( 2015) saying that I owe them an amount of R 2000 which i do not know how because I never purchased anything from them. Last month I got an invoice of R27000.00. I have made contact with them but it seems that nothing is happpening cos I still get billed. I have sent several emails and kept in contact with the agents since the first billing but no progress. Please help because I do not know what to do anymore.
