********** and *********

I do not name and shame easily, but I want to warn everybody against Vodacom.Elitemobile. One of their agents called me early in October and **** to me about my specific contract that would be "discontinued" and therefor Vodacom would be migrating me to another package that would be saving me R200+ per month. I was very hesitant to agree, but what could I do? When I received the paperwork 2 hours later, I realized I was misled and the new package would actually cost me more that R500 extra per month. After endless calls to both Elitemobile and Vodacom’s cancellation department (with reference numbers)and many hours of my professional time waisted on these calls, I still received a sms on the 31st that I was migrated, with a lovely new shocking amount to be debited. 😡😡😡 I am the one person in our house that do not fall for telemarketers and bluff stories, but I have always trusted Vodacom in the past. After being a client for more than 20 years, I think it is time for our ways to part.
