<p>pep cell and vodacomm cellular advertise free airtime when you purchase a new cell phone.</p> <p>when I continuously contacted both Vodacom and pep cell about free airtime they blamed each other (Vodacom and pep cell ) untill recently after speaking to consultants' from Vodacom and pep cell and after sending emails to Vodacom and pep cell both companies are not replying to emails and messages.</p>
