********** activity on my contract remains uninvestigated

Below is an email detailing my issue on my contract to Vodacoms' ***** disputes department:

From: Tsiki, Busisiwe Sent: 28 August 2017 02:58 PM To: ********** Cc: Subject: ref number I- ********** **********

Good afternoon

I have just contacted the customer service line and spoken to the fifth consultant over the last two months trying to resolve the ********** lines opened on m contract. I raised the three lines opened on my account as ***** on the 16th of June 2017 after my account had been debited with three amounts of R595.17. The below three lines are not mine and were not authorized by me:

********** ********** 458 ********** 872943

The valid lines on my contract ( ********** ********** ) were subsequently put on soft lock, when I called to request that those lines be released to prepaid, my request was rejected because the call center agents do not have any authority to do that on an account that is being investigated for *****. I was given a telephone number by an agent called Zanele which was for the ***** unit ********** . This number goes unanswered. I called the call center again and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Joseph. He asked that I send him and his manager an email as he had escalated this matter, I am yet to receive a response to m email.

My statement for August reflects an amount due to Vodacom of R27 821.81 which is ridiculous to bill if the account is under investigation. This will reflect badly on my credit profile and seek a speedy resolution to this before any legal action is pursued from my end.

Today I spoke to an agent called Zolile and he is the first to advise that I needed to get an affidavit done for the ********** activity and send it to Vodacom. I will do that but he also informed that the case 1- ********** ********** had been closed and yet no one form Vodacom has contacted me and the matter is still unresolved. I have been a loyal longtime customer of Vodacom and how this matter has been handles thus far is appalling.

I look forward to your helpful response

Regards Busi
