********** activity by Vodacom to increase my debt.

Being billed while their contract number has been deactivated so who is actually using this number cause it was deactivated kindly investigate this ********** activity as I have been told during my countless enquiry with Vodacom to fix this issue then I will commence with my payment for them to reactivate the sim as my last 8 years of contact are linked to that number and after settling I will cut contact with the telecommunication giant through contract and keep my numbers as a prepaid I was forced to change numbers after 8 years of loyalty to Vodacom due to the pandemic of COVID were I lost everything employment, relationship, respect and I was able to let everything go and start over...but Vodacom its making my life difficult being billed when you don't even have access to the sim cards that the so called agents deactivated due to none payment and I have made countless arrangements that allow me to paid it over time the would promise to send me documents to fill and make that arrangements but I never get those so called documents I recently found employment through the lord grace but their consultants threaten that you need to pay the fully price of the debts outright and from my understanding the two sim cards under my name have been deactivated until I settle them and the i would choose if I remain in contract or convert into prepaid.

So your company seems to be taking for a ride now so what's this response as the debt seems to be growing when I have ceded to access the sim cards and the were deactivated last year now its amounting to R4,283.71 kindly advised your consultants to do proper investigation cause this is a joke indeed from your consultant Xoliswa Matele to get her facts right.

Disgruntled customer again

so the initial problem of billing me still continues getting calls from collections department in forcing that I pay isn't your system linked to each other so that the is pending escalation that I haven't received my feedback for it or better yet conclusion is a decentralized company cause it seems every department cant track activities on the member any existing complaints on enquiries...Kindly provided feedback for the ever disgruntling behavior.

Where is may feedback for ref number ***.

So I seem like a joke because of the cooperate **** being exposed so kindly note I have been invited to attend consumer show discussing the misconducts committed by companies during the lockdown with the pretends that customers wont even notice the added charges to the financial obligations without proper consultations with the clients.

Kindly note this is a direct impact on my National Credit act and along with my consumer protection act with the below facts.

National Credit Act 34 of 2005
  • to promote a fair and non-discriminatory marketplace for access to consumer credit and for that purpose to provide for the general regulation of consumer credit and improved standards of consumer information;
  • to prohibit certain unfair credit and credit-marketing practices;
  • to provide for debt re-organization in cases of over-indebtedness.
  • to provide for related incidental matters.
The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008
  • to prohibit certain unfair marketing and business practices.
  • to promote a consistent legislative and enforcement framework relating to consumer transactions and agreements.
  • to promote a fair, accessible and sustainable marketplace for consumer products and services and for that purpose to establish national norms and standards relating to consumer protection.
  • to repeal - the Consumer Affairs (Unfair Business Practices) Act, 1988 (Act No. 71 of 1988).
Kindly keep that in mind as this is a direct valuation of my rights with out remorse.
