********** activity by staff

Vodacom employees added equipment to my account without my knowledge. This is ********** activity and I've been calling then since December to have this sorted. They keep closing the queries without actually resolving it. It now shows I need to pay R4821 when it should be approximately R1000. They pretend to not hear me when I call, yet they close the queries. This is *****ing and I need a COMPETENT person to deal with this immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
