********** Activity by Staff

I would like to report ********** activity against my account. I called in last month Aug 21 from number *** to enquire about the allocation of data on my data line: ***. This was a ongoing process, since I upgraded in May 21. The Call Center agent from the retentions department who dealt with my call, in a attempt to resolve the issue, offered me a Covid 19 Relief Payment, however based on the T&S, I rejected the offer.

My main objective was to get my data allocation, as was offered when I upgraded in April 21, which was suppose to be 100 gig, anytime data.

The agent then indicated that she will escalate the matter, as to request the upgrade to be rolled back. Subsequent to that I noticed that a Covid 19 Relief Payment was added to my account. I'm note sure if agents receive commission to sign up customers for these packages, however this is something I did not agree to.

I would therefore like this to be removed on my account as it was done without my consent. I would also like to receive the data allocation as what was agreed when I upgraded in April 21.

I'm happy to report that I was contacted by Vodacom, relating to my complaint. Although I'm still in the dark on the rectification of the unauthorized Covid Relief Payment loaded on my account and whether or not it will be removed and my contract not extended by 6 months. I need to commend the professional service offered by Keylen Maduray. He was assigned to deal with my complaint and I must say his approach was very professional, a different world from the usual bunch that you come across when you contact the call center.

So where do they hide these professionals and why does vodacom not maintain the same standard across board? It will certainly lessen customer complaints. My recommendation would be to utalise assets like Keylen, to train consultants when they are on boarded.

Thank you for restoring confidence in Vodacom Keylen, and I trust that the solutions you offered and follow ups will be committed to.

I would like to report that the issue of data allocation and the ******* extension of the contract period through the unauthorized addition of Covid Relief, is still persistent on my account. Hopefully I can lay a charge of ***** against them
