hellopeter. August 2014 entered a second contract with Vodacom for my Internet connection. Account I***. On 5th Jan 2015 discovered ********** deal (I presume a phone) on the said account to the value of R769.00. Vodacom at 082155 instructed me so send my ID and AFFIDAVIT via fax to Vodacom. Case was reported to Alberton Police Station CAS 69/1/2015. Please note there are two (2) REFERRAL NUMBERS: S3 -8U320 - 86 CZA and S3 - 8ZA93 - 3SCM. The number of the ********** deal is *** as was given to me by a consultant at Vodacom. For the past three months I have been in constant contact with Vodacom. Telephonically and two faxes. I sent two emails which were rejected by their server. Apparently all my calls to them were recorded, at my insistence. I am told that this case is under investigation(?) Vodacom keeps on deducting the amount of R769.00 from my account. To date I have had no report back on any contact I have made from my side. Yours, Ralph Disbergen
