I am back again with Vodacom. I complained about the company where someone used my name to take a contrac. They told me to follw the steps for investigation which I did. The guy whom I was referred to for investigations told me that the matter was resolved and I asked for a letter and for my name to be cleared with their lawyers. He promised to give me the letter a month back until now I don't have the letter and their lawyers are still calling me to say I owe Vodacom. I am busy applying for work that requires a clean credit profile and I am rejected because of this issue.
