********** Activities and Renewing of Contract - REVIEW NUMBER 2

This is my 2nd time I am trying to make contact with you guys. You rep**** on my last review to say someone will make contact with me, yet, NO ONE HAS EVEN TRIED MAKING CONTACT WITH ME!!! I am trying to sort out my husbands contract that you guys started (without anyones permission) and now recently renewed (without anyones permission). I have been trying to sort this out for more than a year already. I am now at the point where I am going to lay a complaint with ICASA about this, if I do not get your assistance ASAP. This is *****!
