********** Account still reflecting on Credit Bureau 3 years later
My wife (Ceridwen Sandy Mpala) was a victim of impersonation. She had someone open a phone account in Pretoria at Vodacom and got an iPhone. She only found out in 2018 when we were purchasing a house, she raised this issue with Vodacom who did an investigation and discovered that it was *****. Since then her credit record has been affected and Vodacom promised that it would be resolved. Until now the account is still in her name and reflects at the Credit Bureaus. Its been over 3 years dealing with the same issue. Please may you contact my wife on *** to resolve this. This has made any credit application very difficult, as its something that does not seem to go away. Please do contact her to resolve this matter. She needs this removed from her Credit Record profile to reflect her true credit profile.
