********** account opened in my name

A ********** vodacom account was opened in my name last year. A police affidavit,, copy of my id was sent to Vodacom as requested by a Tracy that I spoke to. Last night when I wanted to get a vodacom contract for my daughter, I found out that I got blacklisted for the unpaid debit order for the ********** account that I did report to vodacom in december 2014.<br> <br> When I tried to phone this morning I got put through by a customer care consultant to their directory enquiries. <br> <br> I would like Vodacom to immediately correct the matter<br> <br> Thank you.
